Yea. Also many reapplicants get in each cycle so if you don’t get in this cycle as a first timer most likely you get in next timeWow! That definitely is one heck of a range.

Oh ok thanks.Not MSMS
Thats what i would like to know as wellInteresting that not MSMS is getting stuff. Wonder if MSMS folks are going to get IIs now or later?
Seems like one person here has one but from what they told me they just started interviews in DecemberHas anyone received an interview yet? I received a secondary in October.
II, instate. Complete mid September.
Did you guys find out via email or portal? And what were your stats if you don’t mind+ 1 II OOS Complete 9/13
Just MMIFor anyone interviewing this Thursday, do you know if it will just be the mmi portion for an hour or if it will be an entire interview day?
I found out via an email message. LM 72Did you guys find out via email or portal? And what were your stats if you don’t mind
Is anyone having this same issue or received a similar call? My friend who is an MS1 there said their portal was having glitches receiving applications..So confused… just got a second call saying my primary app is not submitted on AMCAS but when I give my ID they find it. I submitted in June btw. Then she said my secondary was not submitted but I submitted in September. She then ends up finding it after I tell her I submitted. I don’t know what’s going on with their system but it’s definitely delaying invites for interviews.
I was not in MSMS.Congrats! Were you folks in MSMS or not?
Via email. Lizzy M 74.5Did you guys find out via email or portal? And what were your stats if you don’t mind
The LizzyM scores suggest they are giving out interviews to candidates with strong stats.Hmmmm….2/2 for no MSMS. Wonder if this just means MSMS folks (I’m one) aren’t being considered right now?
Judging by classes before, idk about “strong” .. the matriculants ranged in MCAT and GPAThe LizzyM scores suggest they are giving out interviews to candidates with strong stats.
Or maybe they are more particular about non msms students.Judging by classes before, idk about “strong” .. the matriculants ranged in MCAT and GPA
For the past two cycles MSMS werent given interviews until end of, February, early march .Hmmmm….2/2 for no MSMS. Wonder if this just means MSMS folks (I’m one) aren’t being considered right now?

Are MSMS students guaranteed an interview if they have minimum stats?Makes sense. That is what happened to one of our TAs.
That probably means that MSMS folks are tabled till then.
Supposed to be.Are MSMS students guaranteed an interview if they have minimum stats?

K. This isn’t really responsive. A LizzyM score over 70 (which includes all the folks who’ve mentioned having interviews up to this point) would indicate you have strong stats. Whether folks later in the cycle with relatively weaker stats get interviews isn’t really material. The point was about who is being considered right now.Judging by classes before, idk about “strong” .. the matriculants ranged in MCAT and GPA
Again, non-responsive to who is being considered right now.Or maybe they are more particular about non msms students.
Thats why i said “ they may be more particular about non msms grads” … like mizzou minnimum for in state students is 494 but you have to have higher stats if you are out of state. think you missed that part.K. I understand that you and other MSMS students have invested time and energy into the master’s program, and into Ponce, and are hoping it pays off. And it very well may later in the cycle. But that’s not a reason to pretend that the folks getting interviews right now, relatively early in Ponce’s cycle, aren’t folks with strong stats.
And I say this someone with low to mid stats at best.
I didn’t miss that part. I just don’t have enough information to agree or disagree based on what I read in last year’s school specific thread, and the MSAR, which lumps together the MCAT and GPAs for both the St. Louis and Ponce campuses.Thats why i said “ they may be more particular about non msms grads” … like mizzou minnimum for in state students is 494 but you have to have higher stats if you are out of state. think you missed that part.
what is the breakdown for IS/OOS ?Current M1 at the school, happy to answer any questions you all have!
30 MDs per yearHow many students does this school take?
don't know the specific numbers, but the M1 class have a good amount more OOS than IS.what is the breakdown for IS/OOS ?

Again, I wish all applicants, and especially MSMS students (of which I am not one) the best of luck with their cycle.
30 but word on the street it may be a little more. I know they sent out 60 acceptances last years because they know people are going to either go some where else or drop out for other reasonsHow many students does this school take?
Yep, all med schools accept more than their class size30 but word on the street it may be a little more. I know they sent out 60 acceptances last years because they know people are going to either go some where else or drop out for other reasons
Virtual Campus Tour ^
Ya we're working on trying to get something for the upcoming year. Most apartments in the area have gyms, which is a plusI am kind of disappointed there is no rec center. A small room with a few treadmills and dumbells wouldn’t hurt
500.So no interview invites yet? Also does anyone know the MCAT score that would make you competitive for this program
Probably less500.
I believe there have been a few interviews already. So no interview invites yet? Also does anyone know the MCAT score that would make you competitive for this program
