Application Tips with Apply Point: Storytelling (Part 2)

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
You should know that the experiences you write about in your medical school application essays should exemplify either
leadership, teamwork, maturity, empathy, intellectual curiosity, or show the reader your abilities in critical and creative thinking (or better yet, more than one of those things). But don’t forget your feelings. Expressing how you felt during and after an experience deepens your story. You might state your emotions outright—or you could allude to them through your thoughts and actions.
