While I commend your handling of the War on Terror, I don't think there's a chance in hell you could make it through medical school, or even get into medical school, let alone match into radiology.
Search this forum for a thread that I started called "Is Diagnostic Radiology Boring? Fulfilling? Fun?" There's a lot of info and discussion about AOA radiology programs in there.
I was impressed with your address last night. My, how you have grown as a speaker! Like Hedwig, I must commend your handling of the war on terror.
In response to Hedwig challenging your abilities to become a radiologist, I must agree with him. With all due respect sir, I would rather have you calling the shots from 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, affecting the lives of millions of people around the world, than have you in a hospital and criticizing lab reports for their "fuzzy math".
Thank you Hedwig. I have read the "Is Diagnostic Radiology Boring? Fulfilling? Fun?" thread. I would still appreciate more information from anyone that might have some.
I agree with the PREZ. Information about DO residencies is very hard to come by. It seems like there is a lot more variability as far as the quality of the programs in the DO world.
