It appears that more GME programs are asking applicants to submit an Altus profile (Casper, Duet, Snapshot) as part of the selection process (presuming pre-interview). A peek at the Altus Suite test dates and fees - TakeAltus site shows that some GME programs in anesthesiology, IM, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Surgery, and Urology have asked candidates to complete these assessments by October. It looks like it's required for the Canadian residency match (?).
Does anyone know how the assessments are factored into decisions to invite for residency interviews yet (if allowed to discuss)?
